The Bull Online by They Call Me The Bull

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-10-18

This is training and nutrition information, not medical care. Exercise and eating changes carry risk. Answer the health screen honestly. Stop and get help if something feels wrong. You must read and accept this before your first workout.

1. What this is

The Bull Online gives general fitness and nutrition guidance built on David Turnbull's methods, drafted by AI. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or dietitian advice. David is a personal trainer, not a doctor.

2. Talk to a doctor first if

If you're unsure, check first.

3. Stop and get help now if

You have chest pain or pressure, trouble breathing, fainting or severe dizziness, sudden severe pain, numbness or weakness, or a bad injury. Stop training. Call 911 for an emergency. For non-urgent advice in BC, call 8-1-1 (HealthLink BC). If you feel hopeless or unsafe, or you are thinking about ending your life, call or text 9-8-8.

4. The health screen

5. Pregnancy

If you answer Yes to pregnancy, we hold your plan and we don't show calorie or macro targets. We don't program around pregnancy. Please get your doctor or midwife's advice before training or changing food.

6. Eating disorders

If you have or have had an eating disorder, this app may not be right for you right now. We hold the plan and won't show a calorie or macro target until David clears the flag. If food or weight feels hard, call NEDIC 1-866-633-4220 or your doctor.

7. Age

You must be 19 or older. The app isn't for children or teens.

8. Food and calories

Calorie and macro numbers are estimates, not lab tests. AI meal estimates from photos can be wrong. Don't use the app for medical diets, tube feeding, or to treat a condition. You can always edit or ignore a number. We set safety limits (for example, minimum daily calories and a cap on weekly loss), but you are responsible for how you eat. While a safety flag is open, those numbers are hidden.

9. Your honesty

The plan is only as safe as your answers. Answer truthfully. Update them when things change.

10. Risks of exercise

Exercise can cause muscle, joint and bone injuries, soreness, falls, fainting, heart events and, rarely, death. Risk rises with a health condition, old injury, poor form, going too heavy, or not resting. Posture and form notes are general; the app can't see you move. Warm up, use a spotter or safe setup, choose weights you can control, and slow down or stop if something feels off.

11. Your choices

Following any suggestion is your choice. You can skip or change anything. You can cancel any time.

12. Other professionals

If you work with a doctor, physio or dietitian, their advice comes first. Show them your plan.

13. Assumption of risk and release

Read this part carefully. It affects your legal rights.

14. Your acknowledgement

Before your first workout the app asks you to confirm, with boxes that start unticked: you are 19 or older; you read this page, including the risks; you answered the health screen honestly and will update it; you know the app is AI-assisted, not live coaching, and not medical advice, and a plan with no flag isn't a medical clearance; and you accept the assumption of risk and release in section 13.
