The Bull Online by They Call Me The Bull

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-10-18

AI helps draft your plan, food estimates and weekly advice. It's built on David's 15+ years of methods. It can be wrong. It is not live coaching and not medical advice. Your data goes to xAI (Grok) only if you say yes. xAI keeps requests for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes them and does not train on them.

1. What AI does here

Your calorie target and the 40/30/30 macro split come from a formula, not an AI guess. The formula uses your weight, height, age, sex, activity and goal, with safety limits. While a safety flag is open, those numbers are hidden from you.

2. Who and what is behind it

The Service is built on David Turnbull's methods from 15+ years of training clients. His rules are loaded into each task. The AI is a general-purpose model from xAI (Grok). We didn't build or train that model. AI coaching is built on David's methods. David can review plans. He does not read every log.

3. Where your data goes (only with your consent)

If you tick the AI consent box, we send xAI (Grok) the minimum needed for each task. That can include meal photos and text, intake and health-screen answers, and your logs and journal notes. Body and posture photos and lab files are not sent. xAI (Grok) is in the United States. The default endpoint does not guarantee a processing region. Data may be processed in the United States. US authorities may be able to access data held there. xAI says it does not train its models on our API data and keeps requests for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes them. We don't use your data to train AI. If you don't tick the box, no data is sent to xAI. You still get a plan built from our rules, with simpler notes and local food estimates. You can switch AI on or off in Account > Privacy.

4. What AI gets wrong

AI can be wrong, vague or out of date. Meal estimates can be off by a lot. Plans may not suit every body, injury or situation. Advice isn't a diagnosis. Use your judgment and stop if something feels wrong. Tell us about mistakes at hello@theycallmethebull.com.

5. Who reviews what

6. Automated decisions

Your plan, targets, advice and safety holds are produced mostly by automated tools. We don't use them to decide your eligibility for the Service or your price. You may ask what information was used, correct it, and ask for human review: privacy@turnfit.ca.

7. Photos

Meal photos you upload may be analyzed by AI if you ticked the AI box. Please don't upload photos of other people. Body and posture photos are optional, private to you and David, and not analyzed by AI.
